1. Nature of the Platform

Solum is a classifieds and listings directory. It is not a marketplace, financial service, payment processor, or escrow provider. Solum does not facilitate, intermediate, or participate in any transaction between users.

2. No Party to Transactions

The platform is not a party to any agreement or transaction between users. Solum does not verify the accuracy, truthfulness, or legality of any listing, nor does it guarantee the existence, quality, safety, or legality of any item or service advertised. All dealings are solely between the buyer and the seller.

3. No Handling of Funds

Solum does not accept, transfer, hold, or store any monetary funds or cryptocurrency on behalf of users at any point. The platform has no custody over, and no access to, user assets.

4. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for:

• Verifying the identity and trustworthiness of any counterparty
• Ensuring the legality of any transaction in their applicable jurisdiction
• Selecting and using an appropriate method of secure settlement, including but not limited to independent escrow services
• Complying with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations

5. Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform. By using Solum, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

6. Sanctions Compliance

You may not access or use this Platform if you are located in, a resident of, or ordinarily located in any country or region subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions or trade embargoes, or if you are listed on any U.S. government restricted or denied party list (including but not limited to the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals list). By using this Platform, you represent that you are not subject to any such restriction.

7. Listing Rules

You may not use Solum to list:

• Items that are illegal in your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction of potential buyers
• Fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive listings
• Content that is abusive, hateful, or harassing
• Items that infringe on intellectual property rights of third parties

Solum reserves the right to remove any listing at its sole discretion, without prior notice and without obligation to provide a reason.

8. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Solum does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

In no event shall Solum, its operators, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the platform.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Solum and its operators from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law
